Bright, strawberry-like elements merge with the expected varietal themes of ripe cherries and a touch of brushy spice in the nose here and are carried forward in the wine's rounded, mid-density flavors. Withal a fairly straightforward Pinot that shows little in the way of real complexity, it wins recommendation by way of its accessible fruit and will likely show at its best when drunk up while still young.
