This is a special wine that comes from one of Sonoma County’s premier vineyards.  The nose explodes with aromas of golden delicious apple, asian pear and lemon-lime sour supported by creamy chai spices – cinnamon, nutmeg and butter.  These flavors follow through to the palate where the apple flavor takes on a baked component supported by a pleasant minerality.  This is a rich complex wine with bright acid and a creamy texture.  It is rich in flavor and has a long luscious lingering finish that leaves you wanting more.
