Corby Vineyards is our neighbor to the Southeast. The fruit for this wine is from a block planted with the Robert Young clone. It was barrel fermented in mostly neutral oak and did not complete Malolactic fermentation. This has resulted in a Chardonnay with both green apple and pear components
